2 bone-in chicken breasts
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Prepare the marinade: In a large bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, soy sauce, grapeseed oil, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes. Add the bone-in chicken breasts.
- Bone-in chicken breast: Cut diagonal slits in the middle. Add the bone-in chicken breast in the large bowl.
- Preheat the air fryer: While the chicken is marinating, preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). This will ensure even cooking and a crispy exterior.
- Air fry the chicken for 30 minutes at 375°F. The internal temperature should be 165°F (75°C).
