Ingredients
6 oz of salmon skin removed
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
2 stalks sliced green onion (white and green part separated)
1 tbsp of garlic
Bang Bang Sauce
2 tbsp kewpie mayo
2 tbsp of sweet thai chili sauce
1 tbsp of sriracha
1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Cut the salmon into small, bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl.
- Add sesame oil, vegetarian oyster sauce, sliced green onion (white part only), and garlic to the bowl. Mix well to ensure that the salmon is evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Place the salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.
- Air fry the salmon bites for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- While the salmon bites are cooking, make the bang bang sauce by combining kewpie mayo, sweet thai chili sauce, sesame oil and sriracha in a bowl. Mix well.
- Once the salmon bites are cooked, remove them from the air fryer and sprinkle with sliced green onion (green part only).
- Serve the salmon bites with the bang bang sauce on the side for dipping.
