2 lb split chicken wings
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp sweet dark soy (kecap manis)
5 smashed garlic cloves
3 bay leaves
1 tsp black peppercorn, lightly crushed
