Ingredients
2 pound chicken wings split (family size)
2 tbsp grapeseed oil
1 tablespoon of aluminum-free baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dry hot mustard
Honey Garlic Sauce
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup honey
3 tbsp cup soy sauce
4 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp sweet thai chili
1 tsp pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Make sure the chicken wings are dry and patted with a paper towel.
- Chicken Wings: Put the chicken wings, baking powder, oil, and spices in a mixing bowl. Mix well and set aside.
- Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the chicken wings on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Flip at 15 minutes.
- Honey Garlic Sauce: In a large skillet, brown the butter.
- Add the garlic and saute in the butter until fragrant. Add in the garlic. Saute until the garlic is crispy and fragrant.
- Add the honey, sweet thai chili sauce, soy sauce, and pepper.
- Remove the wings from the oven. Toss them in the skillet until the chicken is caramelized.
- Serve and enjoy!
