Ingredients
6 chicken thighs (bone-in)
Marinade:
2 lemons (zest and juice)
1 bunch of green onions (white & green parts separated)
3 tbsp of honey
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp of dark soy sauce
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Prep the marinade
- Marinate for 30 minutes - overnight.
- Air fry for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Flipping halfway. Broil for 1 minute to get a nice crust.
Notes
Don't have an air fryer?
Bake in the oven for 50 minutes, and flip halfway. Broil for 3 minutes to get a nice crust.
