Ingredients
2–3 pieces of salmon (4 ounces each piece)
2 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 stalks of green onions (white and green separated)
1 tbsp avocado oil (or any neutral oil)
1 tbsp of honey
1 tbsp of red miso paste
pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
- Prep your salmon, and cut it into 4 ounces pieces.
- Preheat your air fryer or oven to 350 degrees.
- Mince your garlic and green onions. Separate the white parts of the green onions, and save the green for garnish.
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Add the salmon and mix well.
- Lay the salmon on an air fryer tray or baking sheet. Spoon the rest of the miso glaze on top of the salmon.
- Air fry at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Internal temperature is 120-125 degrees. Do not overcook your salmon.
- Serve and enjoy.
