
It doesnt get easier than this Prawns Stir Fry dish. The beautiful sauce is so easy and it goes with any veggies you have in the fridge. All you need is some rice or lettuce to make lettuce wraps or noodles and your stir fry shrimp and veggies dish is good to go!
12 large prawns (about 1 pound), peeled and deveined
1 stalk of green onions ,white and green part separated
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tbsp of vegetarian oyster sauce (gluten free)
1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tsp of chili crisp
1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
2 tsp of sesame oil
Handful of roasted cashews (optional)
Rice and sauteed vegetables
