prep the main ingredients. you'll also need some cooking oil, water, salt, and pepper.

sauté the onions and garlic until they're soft and fragrant. add tomato sauce and water and bring the mixture to a boil.

add the browned beef to the mixture. season with salt and pepper to taste.

simmer for a few minutes, add carrots, bell peppers, liver spread, green peas. let it cook, serve with white rice.
