INGREDIENTS

boneless chicken thighs

chicken skin

red onion minced

soy sauce

fish sauce

smashed garlic

vinegar

It’s easy to make, packed with flavor, and always a hit with family and friends.

in a large bowl, put the chicken in the marinade,  marinate for 30 minutes or for best results, overnight.

STEP 1

grill marinated chicken until it is cooked. add chicken mixture, vinegar, soy sauce for extra sour and salty  flavor.

STEP 2

broil for 5 minutes or until it is crispy, garnish with egg on top, onion, green onions, and red chili peppers.
