Ingredients
1-2 bone-in pork chops (1 inch thick)
Juice of 1/2 of a lime
1 tbsp avocado oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp minced ginger
1 tbsp mined garlic
1 stalk of sliced green onions
Pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
- Pound the pork chops using a kitchen mallet.
- Cut 3-4 slits at the end. This will prevent the pork chops from curling.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Cover with a lid and marinate for 15-30 minutes.
- Cook pork chops in an air fryer at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, flipping a few times.
- The internal temperature of the pork chop should be 145 degrees.
- Let it rest, serve, and enjoy!
