2 racks of pork ribs cut into riblets
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup sweet Thai chili sauce
Instructions
- Remove the lining from the back of the rack of ribs
- Cut the ribs lengthwise into riblets
- Mix the hoisin sauce, ketchup, and sweet Thai chilli sauce in a large bowl. Set aside 1/2 cup of the sauce for basting.
- Place the pork ribs in the bowl. Mix well until every piece is coated with the sauce mixture.
- Put the ribs in the air fryer basket.
- Set the air fryer to 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Flipping halfway, so that every piece gets crispy and caramelized.
- The ribs should be tender after 40 minutes, if not add 10 more minutes.
- If tender, add the remaining sauce to the ribs and turn up the heat to 350 degrees for another 10 minutes. Check it every 3 minutes and flip it so that every piece gets caramelized.
