  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 2 racks of ribs 1x

Ingredients

Scale

2 racks of pork ribs cut into riblets

1/2 cup hoisin sauce

1/2 cup ketchup

1/2 cup sweet Thai chili sauce

Instructions

  1. Remove the lining from the back of the rack of ribs
  2. Cut the ribs lengthwise into riblets
  3. Mix the hoisin sauce, ketchup, and sweet Thai chilli sauce in a large bowl. Set aside 1/2 cup of the sauce for basting.
  4. Place the pork ribs in the bowl. Mix well until every piece is coated with the sauce mixture.
  5. Put the ribs in the air fryer basket.
  6. Set the air fryer to 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Flipping halfway, so that every piece gets crispy and caramelized.
  7. The ribs should be tender after 40 minutes, if not add 10 more minutes.
  8. If tender, add the remaining sauce to the ribs and turn up the heat to 350 degrees for another 10 minutes. Check it every 3 minutes and flip it so that every piece gets caramelized.
