Ingredients
4-5 boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into 2” cubes
2 tbsp potato starch
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Pinch of salt and pepper
1/4 cup of avocado oil for frying
Sauce:
1/4 cup of honey
1/4 cup of ketchup
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp of sesame oil
3 tbsp soy sauce
Garnish:
Green onions
Cilantro
Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Combine all the sauce ingredients and set them aside.
- Cut your chicken into 2-inch cubes. Place them in a bowl and season with onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Add potato starch. Cover with lid and shake.
- Heat up your skillet, and add ¼ cup of avocado oil for shallow frying.
- Fry your chicken in batches. Do not crowd.
- Remove the remaining oil with a paper towel.
- Add back the chicken and the sauce. Saute for 2-4 minutes until the sauce is thick and caramelized.
- Serve and enjoy!
