Ingredients

1/2 cup of neutral oil (I used vegetable)
2 tbsp annatto seeds
1 stalk of lemongrass
3 cloves of garlic
1" ginger
2 bay leaves
Instructions
- In a skillet, add all the ingredients
- In low-medium heat, simmer for 5-10 minutes
- Store in a mason jar for up to a week in the fridge.
