If you’re a fan of dumplings but hate making them, you’ll love these rice paper rolls filled with shrimp. Perfect for a quick lunch, snack, or even dinner. Steam for a few minutes and you’ve got a delicious meal in less than 30 minutes.

Ingredients

20 sheets of rice paper, cut into quarters

1 lb raw peeled shrimp, chopped into

2 cloves of garlic, grated with a microplane

1/2 inch ginger, grated with a microplane

1 tbsp cornstarch

1 tsp sugar

1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp white pepper

1 tbsp avocado oil to brush the dumplings to avoid sticking

Dumpling Sauce:

4 tbsp of avocado oil

1 stalk green onion, minced

1 clove of garlic minced

2 tsp gochugaru or red chili flakes

1 tsp oyster sauce

1 tsp sesame oil
