prepare the ingredients

bake chicken skin  at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until super crispy

cook the rice and chicken, add the chicken pieces to the pot and cook until browned on all sides

garnish with sliced green onions, chopped cilantro, fried garlic, and calamansi or lemon wedges. serve hot and enjoy!
