This miso noodles is the best meal ever. It is so easy to make and can be on your table in just 15 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

Off-white Banner

2 packs of dried ramen noodles

1 tbsp garlic chili oil

1 tbsp white miso

1 tbsp mirin

1 egg

minced green onion

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook the noodles per package instructions in boiling water.

Prepare butter miso sauce in a bowl

Strain your cooked noodles and add to the bowl.

In a frying pan, heat up the oil, add the chili oil, and add the egg.

Mix together until fully incorporated

Garnish with the fried egg and spring onions.
