These uniquely delicious and crispy rice paper dumplings are so much more than your traditional dumplings or ordinary spring rolls

INGREDIENTS

rice papers

avocado oil

tuna (or salmon)

SAUCE:

FILLING:

nori sheets

cooked jasmine rice

sodium soy sauce

honey

half avocado (sliced)

jalapeno cut into slices

sesame oil

Quick and easy. Ready in 15 minutes. Super healthy! I could eat this every day and not feel guilty.

In a bowl, combine all the filling ingredients. Mix well, and season with salt

STEP 1

Assemble the avocado – nori – rice – tuna mix Fold and repeat.

pan fry for 4-5 minutes or air fry at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes
