Easy  PORK BELLY SISIG

without liver & mayo

pork belly slices

annatto oil

red onion & garlic

soy sauce

fish sauce

egg

vinegar

Pork belly sisig is Filipino food of all time.If you have never had pork belly sisig, you are missing out!

In a large bowl, add  marinade, marinate pork belly for 30 minutes for best result overnight

STEP 1

grill marinated pork belly until it is cooked. cool the pork belly for a few minutes and chop it up into small pieces.

STEP 2

broil for 5 minutes or until it is crispy, garnish with egg on top, onion, green onions, and red chili peppers.
