DELICIOUS CHINESE EGGPLANT

This Chinese Eggplant Recipe is a completely plant-based meal for all my vegan/vegetarian friends.. Seasoned Eggplant in Air fryer at 375°F for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and tender!

INGREDIENTS

soy sauce

chili oil (optional)

minced garlic

eggplant

avocado oil

white sugar

preheat air fryer to 350 degrees. slice the eggplant, cut slits in the middle

STEP 1

mix together oil, sugar, soy sauce, garlic, pepper, and chili oil(optional).

STEP 2

place the eggplant on the air fryer basket, place the sauce on top of the eggplant. air fry for 15 minutes
