Prep the ingredients by cutting the pork belly and slicing the aromatics.

Sear the pork belly in a dutch oven and set it aside.

STEP 2

Cook the aromatics, add the liquids, and simmer with the pork.

STEP 3

Reduce the sauce until thickened, then serve with rice.

STEP 4
