This Filipino Pork Belly Adobo is the national dish of the Philippines.

INGREDIENTS

Soy Sauce

Brown Sugar

Pepper Corns

Onion

Ginger

Bay Leaves

Chili Peppers

Garlic

Cane Vinegar

Mouthwatering pork belly adobo, and the cooking process is quite simple

sear pieces of pork belly on all sides

INSTRUCTIONS

Add the aromatics (ginger, garlic, onion, black peppercorn)

Bring it to a boil. Add the bay leaves and chili peppers.

If you have leftover rice, use the sauce and make Adobo Fried Rice with a fried egg
