Boneless  Teriyaki Chicken

This teriyaki chicken rice bowl made with air-fried boneless chicken thighs is a definite winner! It's a breeze to whip up, with the air fryer doing all the work. I'm always on the lookout for fresh teriyaki chicken thigh recipes.

INGREDIENTS

Boneless chicken thighs

Sesame oil

Sake

Sweetener (honey)

Soy sauce

Mirin

Ginger and garlic

The chicken thighs turned out delightfully tender and juicy on the inside, with a slightly crispy skin on the outside. Plus, the teriyaki glaze provided just the right balance of sweetness and tanginess.

TIPS ON MAKING AIR FRYER BONELESS CHICKEN THIGHS 1. You may use any sweetener you want. I have used honey, white sugar, maple syrup, or monk fruit sugar. 2. Either air fry the raw chicken whole or cut it up into bite-size pieces. 3. Put as much sauce as you want in your chicken. Be generous. 4. Store your leftover teriyaki sauce in an airtight container (mason jar) for up to 3 weeks in the fridge. This recipe is great for meal prepping. 5. You may use any cut of chicken. For example, skin-on or skinless.

This is my favorite air fryer - EVER!  It is the best! If you are looking for an air fryer, this is for you!
