This air fryer chicken tocino recipe is a winner! It's one of the best I've made—sweet, garlicky, tender, and juicy. Perfect with garlic rice and a fried egg for an all-day Filipino breakfast staple.

INGREDIENTS

boneless skinless chicken thighs

cane vinegar

minced garlic

MARINADE:

brown sugar

dark soy sauce

pineapple juice

If you have never had Filipino Chicken Tocino, then you're missing out!

cut the chicken lengthwise, set aside. prep the marinade, combine everything in a bowl with a lid.

STEP 1

add the chicken to the marinade, marinate for 4 hours, for best results, marinate overnight.

STEP 2

air fry at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, flipping a few times to get a nice color, Serve it and enjoy!
