Pat pork chops dry using a paper towel
Season both sides with salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
In one bowl, beat the egg. In another bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, and baking powder.
Dip pork chops in egg, then coat thoroughly in flour mixture.
Press the coating in so it sticks. Get rid of excess coating.
Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper.
Place pork chops in the basket in a single layer. Spray generously with oil.
Air fry at 425°F for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Cook until the internal temperature reaches 145°F. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
