Air Fryer Miso Salmon - 6 ingredients and ready in 10 minutes

This miso salmon is my go-to when I want something healthy, fast, and full of flavor on a busy weeknight. Air fry it for 10 minutes, but stick it in the oven if you’re doubling the recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoon mirin
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon white miso paste
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Method
 

  1. Use a paper towel to pat dry your salmon. This will help the glaze stick.
  2. Preheat your air fryer or oven to 400 degrees. 
  3. In a bowl, combine all ingredients. 
    2 tablespoon mirin, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon white miso paste, 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  4. Add the salmon and mix well. 
  5. Place the salmon on an air fryer tray
  6. Air fry salmon at 400 degrees for 8 minutes.
  7. Serve with rice and your favorite veggies. Enjoy. 

Notes

OVEN INSTRUCTIONS:
Broil for 12 mins. Be careful and do not overcook your salmon.
