Cut 3–4 small slits along the fatty edge of each chop. This prevents them from curling up in the air fryer.
2 bone-in pork chops 1 inch thick
In a bowl, combine the lime juice, avocado oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, green onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Juice of ½ of a lime, 1 tablespoon avocado oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon dark soy , 1 tablespoon minced ginger, 1 tablespoon mined garlic, 1 stalk of sliced green onions
Add the pork chops to the bowl and toss to coat. Cover and marinate for 15–30 minutes at room temperature, or up to a few hours in the fridge.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 3–5 minutes.
Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Do not overlap.
Air fry at 400°F for 15 minutes, flipping 2–3 times throughout cooking.
Check the internal temperature. You're looking for 145°F at the thickest part.
Let the pork chops rest for 3–5 minutes before serving. This keeps the juices inside the meat.
