Ingredients
  

Whipped Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup cottage cheese full fat whips up creamiest
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
Caramelized Peaches
  • 2 peaches sliced into thick wedges
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • granola optional, for serving

  1. Blend the cottage cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla paste until completely smooth.

  2. Slice the peaches into thick wedges.
    1 tablespoon maple syrup, 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
  3. Pan fry the peaches in a hot pan until caramelized on both sides, then add a little pinch of cinnamon and toss.
    2 peaches, 1 pinch cinnamon
  4. Spread the whipped cottage cheese into bowls and top with the warm peaches.
  5. Optional: finish with granola on top.

Notes

  • Blend the cottage cheese for a full 10 seconds for the silkiest texture.
  • Frozen peaches work if drained or thawed first.
  • The whipped cottage cheese keeps up to 3 days in the fridge, caramelize the peaches fresh.
