STEP 1

CRISPY PRAWNS

- lightly bread the prawns - fry until golden

- Use a mandolin to shred the cabbage  - make the sesame dressing and mix

STEP 2

SESAME CABBAGE SLAW

make the spicy mayo

SPICY MAYO

fry the rice paper for 5 seconds and it will turn into chips

STEP 4

RICE PAPER CHIPS

Layer on rice paper chips, cabbage slaw, prawns and drizzle spicy mayo on top.
