INGREDIENTS

CRISPY PRAWNS: prawns potato starch garlic powder turmeric salt & pepper SPICY MAYO SAUCE: kewpie mayo sriracha honey sesame oil RICE PAPER SHELLS: rice paper grapeseed oil SESAME CABBAGE SLAW: cabbage shredded rice vinegar soy sauce sesame oil

- lightly bread the prawns - fry until golden

- Use a mandolin to shred the cabbage  - make the sesame dressing and mix
