HOW TO MAKE RAGU

Add chopped celery, carrot, onion, and deglaze with white wine, then stir in tomato paste and passata.

STEP 2

Season with oregano, salt, and pepper, then simmer with the herb bundle and Parmesan rind.

STEP 3

Stir in half and half, adjust seasoning, and serve over pasta with Parmesan and parsley.

STEP 4
