Chicken thighs are cheap and delicious, I pan-fried and coated it in a gochujang and miso sauce that's both savory and slightly sweet. It's one of my go-to easy chicken thigh recipes for dinner.

INGREDIENTS:

chicken thighs boneless

gochujang

rice vinegar

miso

mirin

rice vinegar

Do you know what temp is chicken thighs done? how long to pan fry chicken thighs? Chicken thighs are done when their internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Pan-fry chicken thighs for approximately 6-8 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

In a bowl, add all the gochujang sauce recipe ingredients and whisk them until smooth.

In a cast iron pan, on medium heat, place the chicken skin side down. Render the fat and brown the skin.

Ensure the chicken is skin-side up, and add the sauce to the pan.
