HOW TO MAKE SPRING ROLLS

Quick, easy & delicious!

STEP 1

Mix all the filling ingredients in a bowl and transfer to a piping or ziplock bag.

Pipe the filling onto the wrappers, roll, and seal with an egg white wash.

STEP 2

Freeze the lumpia for at least 1 hour.

STEP 3

Deep fry until golden brown and serve with sweet Thai chili sauce or my Filipino Smash Sauce.

STEP 4

I make a big batch and freeze the marinated meat, ready to skewer and grill all summer long.
