Course: air fry
Cuisine: air fry

Ingredients

  • 8 oz of salmon skin removed cut into 2" cubes
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetarian oyster sauce
  • 2 stalks sliced green onion white and green part separated
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic
  • Bang Bang Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon kewpie mayo
  • 2 tablespoon of sweet thai chili sauce

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Method

  1. Cut the salmon into small, bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl.
  2. Add sesame oil, vegetarian oyster sauce, sliced green onion (white part only), and garlic to the bowl. Mix well to ensure that the salmon is evenly coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  4. Place the salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.
  5. Air fry the salmon bites for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. While the salmon bites are cooking, make the bang bang sauce by combining kewpie mayo, sweet thai chili sauce, sesame oil and sriracha in a bowl. Mix well.
  7. Once the salmon bites are cooked, remove them from the air fryer and sprinkle with sliced green onion (green part only).
  8. Serve the salmon bites with the bang bang sauce on the side for dipping.
