- In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of neutral oil over medium-high heat.1 tbsp of neutral oil
- Add the ground beef, onion and garlic. Cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until it's browned, crispy and cooked through, usually around 10 minutes.1 lb ground beef, 1 onion, 4 cloves of minced garlic
- **Let the beef get crispy first before putting in the sauce. Leave it alone**
- In a small bowl, whisk together the sweet Thai chili sauce, vegeterian oyster sauce, light soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, water and grated ginger.4 tbsp sweet Thai chili sauce, 2 tbsp vegeterian oyster sauce, 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 inch minced ginger, 2 tbsp water
- Pour the sauce mixture over the cooked ground beef and let the sauce thicken.
- Let the beef get nice and crispy.
Assemble Your Beef Rice Bowls
- To serve, place a generous scoop of white rice in each bowl.jasmine rice
- Add a fried egg on top for more deliciousness and extra proteinfried Egg
- Sprinkle of sesame seeds and thinly sliced green onions.garnish with sesame seeds and green onion
- Serve with your favorite veggies or salad
