This easy beef rice bowl is my go-to favorite easy weeknight meals. It comes together in less than 20 minutes and uses simple pantry staples.
I love a good ground beef recipe, they're affordable, cooks in no time and super versatile like this Korean Ground Beef Bulgogi Rice Bowl. Add a fried egg for some extra protein, or if you happen to have Mayak Eggs in your fridge, I would add as well.

- Step 1: Add the ground beef, onion and garlic. Cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until it's browned, crispy and cooked through, usually around 10 minutes.

- Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together the sweet Thai chili sauce, vegeterian oyster sauce, light soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, water and grated ginger.

- Step 3: Pour the sauce mixture over the cooked ground beef and let the sauce thicken.

- Step 4: Fry the eggs.

- In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of neutral oil over medium-high heat.1 tbsp of neutral oil

- Let the beef get nice and crispy.
- To serve, place a generous scoop of white rice in each bowl.jasmine rice
- Add a fried egg on top for more deliciousness and extra proteinfried Egg
- Sprinkle of sesame seeds and thinly sliced green onions.garnish with sesame seeds and green onion
- Serve with your favorite veggies or salad
