    20 frozen dumplings
Prep the veggies:

Build the salad:
  1. Add the cabbage and tomatoes to the dressing and toss to coat.
Add the dumplings:
  1. Add the crispy dumplings and toss gently so they hold their crunch.
Garnish and serve:
  1. Top with cilantro, green onion, and chopped cashews. Serve right away.
2 green onions, Fresh cilantro, Chopped cashews, Sesame seeds

Notes

Storage:

This one's best fresh. The dumplings gets soggy so eat it right away.

The dumplings are the whole point, so keep them crispy. Air fry them till golden, then toss them in at the very last second and serve right away. Let them sit in the dressing and they go soft on you.

A mandoline gets the cabbage paper-thin so it actually soaks up the dressing. Thick-cut cabbage just sits there.
