- Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl or jar, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, lemon zest, lemon juice, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt. Stir well until all ingredients are fully combined. 
- Add Fresh Blueberries: Gently fold in the blueberries, reserving a few for garnish if desired. 
- Refrigerate: Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to let the oats and chia seeds soak and thicken. 
- Stir: In the morning, give the oats a good stir. If needed, add a splash of more milk to reach your desired consistency. 
- Serve: Serve in bowls or jars, topped with additional blueberries or a sprinkle of lemon zest for a bright finish. Enjoy!
