Don't have an air fryer?
If you don't have an air fryer, bake it in the oven for 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Broil for the last 2 minutes to get a crispy crust.

- Pat pork chops dry using a paper towel. Season both sides with salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.

- In one bowl, beat the egg. In another bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, and baking powder.
Dip pork chops in egg, then coat thoroughly in flour mixture.
Press the coating in so it sticks. Get rid of excess coating.

- Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper. Place pork chops in the basket in a single layer.

- Spray generously with oil.

- Flip the chops.

- Serve and enjoy!

- Let them rest. Juices redistribute and stay inside.
- Use a thermometer. 145°F is juicy. Overcooking makes them tough.
