- Pound the chicken. Place chicken breasts between two pieces of plastic wrap and lightly pound to an even thickness so they cook evenly.4 chicken breasts

- Set up your breading station. Set out three shallow dishes: flour in the first, beaten eggs in the second, and crushed cornflakes.1 cup all-purpose flour, 2 eggs, 2 cups cornflakes
- Bread the chicken. Coat each piece in flour, dip it in egg, then press firmly into the cornflake mixture. Really press those cornflakes in, so they stick and get super crispy.
- Air fry. Place the breaded chicken in the air fryer basket and spray lightly with oil. Air fry at 425°F for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.Oil spray
- Make the honey lemon garlic glaze. While the chicken cooks, combine sesame oil, garlic, lemon juice, honey, salt, black pepper, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan over medium heat.
