Fall-apart tender short ribs with a bottle of Coke doing the heavy lifting. These Coca Cola braised short ribs are boneless beef short ribs seared, then pressure cooked for 45 minutes with Coca-Cola, white wine, tomato and thyme, ready in about 80 minutes. Inspired by the hit show The Bear, this dish is magnificent, just like the show.
